Our Staff
Nick Carevic is the Co-Owner/Founder of NMC Performance. Nick is a certified personal trainer and fitness nutritionist through the International Sports Sciences Association and has been operating in the Strength & Conditioning field since 2014. In that time-span he has worked with countless Youth, High School, and Collegiate athletes. Nick spent 2 years studying Business Management at Lorain County Community College and was previously a 2-time All-Conference baseball player at Wellington High School. Nick also received a gold medal at a 2017 powerlifting competition for winning the Deadlift-Only bracket of the competition for his age & weight class.
Max Carevic is the Co-Owner/Founder of NMC Performance and NMC Baseball. He serves as the Head of Player Development and Pitching Coordinator for NMC. Max played 1-year of baseball at Tri-C as a pitcher/outfielder. There he received his Associate of Science degree before being recruited to play division 1 baseball at Bowling Green State University. He pitched 1-year at BG where he received his bachelors in Exercise Science/Sports Medicine. Max then did a 6-month internship with the Arizona Diamondbacks Sports Medicine and Performance Team where he was first exposed to pro-baseball. From there, he worked for 5-months as a strength & conditioning coach at a pro-baseball training facility - Cressey Sports Performance during the 21-22 MLB off-season. In that time, he trained (both semi-private and 1-on-1) over 100 MLB players. Assisting them through their weightlifting, speed-training, arm-care, and throwing programs. In all, Max has experience developing baseball players since 2017. From youth, all the way up to MLB All-Stars.
Jason Reitenbach is a former Division 1 and 2 All-Conference college outfielder. Jason spent 2 years as a hitting, infield, and outfield coach at the University of Findlay. In his time at Findlay, Jason trained 2 collegiate All-Americans, and 5 All-Conference players. Jason brings loads of playing & coaching experience to our staff, as well as constant enthusiasm. He currently works as a hitting instructor here at NMC Performance.
