Nick Carevic is the Founder & Co-Owner of NMC Performance. Nick is a certified personal trainer, and fitness nutritionist through the International Sports Sciences Association and has been operating in the Strength & Conditioning field since 2014. In that time-span he has worked with countless Youth, High School, and Collegiate athletes. Nick spent 2 years studying Business Management at Lorain County Community College and was previously a 2-time All-Conference baseball player at Wellington High School. Nick also received a gold medal at a 2017 powerlifting competition for winning the Deadlift-Only bracket of the competition for his age & weight class.


Max Carevic is the Co-owner of NMC Performance. Max played 1 year of college baseball at Cuyahoga Community College as a pitcher/outfielder where he was recruited to play division 1 baseball at Bowling Green State University. Max is currently studying exercise science with a specialization in sports medicine in pursuit of becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Max trained for 6 months remotely with the worlds-best baseball S&C Coach, Eric Cressey. During this time, Max learned an invaluable amount of information about assessments, individualized programming, throwing programs, power development, and arm-care/rehab protocols. Max was also a 2x All-State quarterback at Wellington High School.


Zach Shearer is both a Strength, and Speed & Agility coach here at NMC Performance. He is currently working on his bachelors degree in exercise science through Akron Universities partnership with Lorain County Community College. Zach played collegiate football at Baldwin Wallace University as an Outside Linebacker. In addition to playing collegiately, Zach also played semi-professional football for both the Lorain County Nightmares and the Northeast Ohio Predators. Zach has also been involved as an assistant coach for both the Wellington High School, and Wellington Middle School football teams.


Zack Naylor is one of NMC Performance's Speed & Agility coaches. Zack has been with us since late 2018, and before that was a longtime client of ours. While in high school, Zack won a gold medal for having the highest deadlift in his age & weight class in a 2017 powerlifting competition. In addition to that, he participated in Football and Track during his high school years. He is currently majoring in Applied Engineering through Lorain County Community College.
